Is your state legislature caring or cruel?
Here at Empathy Surplus Network USA, our members are committed to protecting and empowering your human rights and freedoms, no matter who you are. We care about you. The legal duty to care about others entered English Law in 1760. When you read the US Declaration of Independence, it’s clear that the signers believed that King George cared only for himself.
The duty to care for one another through legislation was such a big deal that the framers of our US Constitution required the President in Article II, Section 3, to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
Are you part of the care wing or the cruel wing?
I suspect that our readers would claim to be part of the care wing. Nevertheless, you now have an opportunity to let us know how caring you think your state legislature is. Please take our 30-second survey. Thanks. Peace and love.
